I\u2019m here to guide you to better understand your feelings and experiences, as well as develop skills to cope with life stressors and daily challenges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for my clients to explore their emotions and work towards positive change. I am trained in multiple specialized methods in the treatments of sexual and relationship issues, as well as in the treatment of other mental health issues. I believe every person is unique and that no one approach fits everyone. Therefore, I utilize various modalities, including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family System, and the Gottman Method.
